I have to say that I am approaching this week differently from last week.
I have fewer goals, trying to keep it simple, and I'm also going to get my workouts done in the AM - let's be real, I'm just way too tired after 8 hours at work to go for a run. :)
1) Accomplish all of my scheduled workouts (including meeting with a personal trainer!). I have six workouts planned, with Friday off.
2) Hit my walking goal for each day, 10,000 steps each day.
3) Track my calories each day
Sunday I will post my results!
